Responsiveness

You will receive a prompt response to every inquiry, usually within one business day.

Consultant/Candidate Face-to-Face Interviews

Our in-depth, multi-step vetting process includes an in-person or virtual interview. This enables us to determine if the candidate’s executive presence aligns with your organization’s needs and culture.

Safety Exit

You may suspend or terminate a search at any time. Installments end when service ends.

Lower Expenses

You only incur pre-approved, direct, reasonable expenses, such as travel, assessments, and background checks. BradfordLee does not pass on indirect or shared expenses, as happens with some firms.

Off Limits

We will never recruit any of your employees for another engagement. Ever.

To make sure that each of your interviews with our client is as productive as possible, we will have a prep session together beforehand.

Support

You have our ongoing assistance throughout the process. Once you accept an offer, we support you through the transition period, including guidance for resigning and navigating any counteroffer scenarios.

Communication

You will receive regular updates and timely feedback every step of the way. We are transparent and candid, positioning you to make informed decisions.
